*Fan blade assemblies are sold as a set to include part #17-01 fan hub, part #17-02 fan blades and part #17-04 u-bolt (if applicable). Each set is factory tested and balanced to avoid any vibration issues.
The cooling tower blades move large volumes of air quietly and efficiently.
Compatibility and Specifications
Our fan blade assemblies are engineered to fit a wide range of cooling tower models, with two distinct material options based on tower size:
(a) T-25 – T-250: Made of reinforced plastic material, the blades are coupled to the fan hub by bolts and glue.
(b) T-260 and above: Made of aluminum alloy, the blades are freely adjustable by the pitch angle scale of the fan hub.
Installation Notes
Each fan blade assembly is factory tested and balanced before shipping to ensure smooth, vibration-free operation once installed. During installation and ongoing maintenance, watch the surface of the blades carefully to see that no damage develops and make sure that proper space is maintained between the internal wall of tower casing and the tip of blades. Maintaining correct tip clearance is essential for safe operation and optimal airflow performance.
