Small package UPS/FedEx orders received by 1PM EST will ship same day.  Any orders received after 1PM EST, will ship the following business day.

All orders for models T-23 – T-280 cooling towers will ship with LTL freight within 1-2 business days after the order has been received and accepted.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information and shipping carrier.
