T-2125 Assembly in Bonifay, FL

Model Installed: T-2125 | 125 Nominal Tons | 3 HP Fan Motor | 3-cell configuration

Customer Industry: Light Industrial / Process Cooling

This project featured a new Model T-2125 cooling tower installed for a new facility in Bonifay, Florida. The unit was placed on a compact concrete pad adjacent to the building, tying directly into the facility’s electrical and process connections nearby.

The T-2125 is part of our T-2 model line of counterflow induced draft FRP cooling towers, designed for facilities that need dependable evaporative cooling in a compact, low-maintenance package. Like every CTS tower, the T-2125 features non-corrosive fiberglass casing and basin construction, a circular footprint that performs the same regardless of prevailing wind direction, and modular components that simplify on-site installation.

The Florida Panhandle is a demanding environment for cooling equipment. High humidity, salt-laden coastal air, and long cooling seasons put real stress on metal-bodied towers, which is exactly why fiberglass construction makes sense in this region. FRP resists corrosion in conditions that would shorten the life of a galvanized or coated steel tower, and the lighter weight reduces structural requirements for the pad and supporting framework.

Smaller T-2 series towers like the T-2125 are popular for commercial buildings, light industrial facilities, food and beverage operations, and process cooling applications that do not require the capacity of our larger models. The T-2125 ships fully factory-assembled, which kept the on-site installation timeline short and predictable for this Bonifay project.

If you have a project that needs a compact, corrosion-resistant cooling tower built for coastal or humid environments, our team can help you spec the right model. Request a quote or call 800-752-1905 to discuss your application.
