A fully assembled Model T-2125 cooling tower installed on site in Century, Florida.
Model Installed: T-2125 | 125 Nominal Tons | 3 HP Fan Motor
Customer Industry: Light Industrial / Agricultural Processing or Municipal
This project featured a Model T-2125 cooling tower fully assembled on site in Century, Florida. The tower was placed on a paved pad and tied into the facility’s process and water connections, ready for service.
The T-2125 is one of the most popular models in our T-2 model line of counterflow induced draft FRP cooling towers. It is sized for smaller commercial and light industrial cooling loads where capacity, footprint, and operating cost all need to balance. Like every CTS tower, it features non-corrosive fiberglass casing and basin construction, a circular footprint that performs the same regardless of wind direction, and modular components designed for quick on-site assembly.
One of the advantages of the T-2125 specifically is shipping flexibility. Smaller T-2 models can arrive fully factory-assembled for fast drop-in installations, or in a knock-down configuration for sites where access, lift restrictions, or freight logistics make a fully assembled delivery impractical. This Century, FL install was completed on site, which is a common approach for facilities with tight access roads, limited crane access, or specific delivery scheduling needs.
The Florida Panhandle is a great match for fiberglass cooling tower construction. High humidity, salt air carried inland from the Gulf, and long cooling seasons all stress metal-bodied towers in ways that fiberglass simply does not experience. FRP construction resists corrosion across the full operating life of the equipment, which is why so many of our installs in the Southeast are T-2 series towers.
If you have a project in the Southeast or anywhere in the U.S. that needs a compact, corrosion-resistant cooling tower, our team can help. Request a quote or call 800-752-1905 to discuss your application.
