T-2125 x8 Franklin, KY

Eight Model T-2125 cooling towers delivered for a new facility in Franklin, Kentucky.

Model Installed: T-2125 x 8 units | 125 Nominal Tons each | Combined Capacity: ~1,000 Nominal Tons

Customer Industry: Heavy Manufacturing or Large-Scale Process Cooling

This project featured eight Model T-2125 cooling towers supplied for a new facility in Franklin, Kentucky. Multi-tower installations like this one give facilities the capacity they need with built-in operational flexibility and redundancy.

The T-2125 is one of our most widely deployed models in the T-2 model line, built with non-corrosive fiberglass-reinforced plastic casing and basin construction, a circular footprint, and modular components that simplify installation. The smaller capacity of the T-2125 makes it a strong fit for multi-unit configurations because individual towers can be brought online, taken offline for maintenance, or matched to specific zones within a facility without affecting overall cooling capacity.

There are real engineering and operational advantages to running multiple smaller towers instead of one large unit. A facility with eight T-2125s can run any number of towers at any time based on actual load, which improves part-load efficiency compared to running a single oversized tower throttled down. It also builds in maintenance flexibility: routine cleaning, fill replacement, or motor service can happen on one tower while the other seven continue to handle the load. For facilities where cooling is critical to production, that redundancy alone often justifies the multi-unit approach.

Multi-tower configurations also simplify future capacity expansion. Adding a ninth or tenth unit to an existing array is significantly easier than upsizing a single large tower, which usually means a full equipment replacement.

If you have a project that needs multiple cooling towers, redundant capacity, or a phased installation plan, our team can help you spec the right configuration. Request a quote or call 800-752-1905 to discuss your application.
